Eden Mills Writers Festival - September 9
I had the honour of being selected to read 'Fairy Castle in the West' at the EMWF on September 9, 2018. Despite shockingly cold weather, I had a warm audience at this outstanding celebration of Canadian authors. 'Fairy Castle' is chapter 8 in my book - Caught Between the Walls It was published for sale at the festival. Many thanks to the organizers and volunteers - this was an incredible experience! Check it out at www.emwf.ca
Public Reading With Brian Henry Sunday, January 20th Barra Fion Restaurant 1505 Guelph Line 1:00 - 4:00 p.m.
I'm reading from Chapter 8 in Caught Between the Walls. It's the story of British Home Children who were brought by Maria Rye to Niagara-on-the-Lake and then 'sold' as indentured servants. This story was the prize winner at the Eden Mills Writers Festival 2018.
